is it possible to set up a digital content ( images and videos) app’ based on a monthly subscription? Like, users will have to subscribe before having access to all the content.

With Adalo, you can’t charge a subscription through the app store, but if you have the user set up the payments through the website or webapp, then you could.
Similar to what Netflix does.
I would like to publish it as a webapp. Is it possible by using stripe subscription?
Yes, there’s a Stripe component that you can use.
I personally haven’t used it yet, but there shouldn’t be any issue.
There’s a Stripe subscription component currently available. But I think it’s still not 100% stable yet, so there might be some quirks if users don’t follow the intended customer journey.
The only way to find out is to test it out with their test mode feature!
