Hi. I am trying to create a feature In adalo that will allow you to upload and take pictures. I’m providing screen shots here.

Not sure what your issue is - but when a user taps on “Choose Photo” in your form they should be able to select photo from camera or gallery.
An alternative will be to use image picker component.
