Facing a bug while using Gupshup’s Two Factor Authentication API to send SMS OTP.
We have been testing this Custom Action for almost 2 weeks now and it was working just fine till March. Since April we randomly stopped receiving the SMS OTPs completely in spite of getting a successful response status. There were no changes whatsoever made from our end. What could be the possible explanation for this?
