So if I create a store list and I save my choice in my user base when I display the customers saved in this store it works well, however if I refresh the page and I always display this same store then all customers from other shops appear.

You need to show the filter setting of those lists.
Since this is your experimental app, I would suggest to share it as clone-able.

I usually use adalo and I know that my use is not compliant but in an application where I do not retrieve the link to give as in your example I should be able to save the value and filter the lists accordingly of this recording if you look this is what I tested
