Hi guy I found temporary solution (for prototype app only),
First you should copy/clone your app with old database structure,
then re-input database to all field again.

I thought problem is database is missing from app (even it show out but miss data link)
so the temporary solution just make new one :S
for long term solution maybe should looking for external database and use API to connect to Adalo.
