Deep Copy: copy a record AND it’s relations.
Lets say I have a Workout, which contains Sections, which contains Exercises.
Workouts > Sections > Exercises
Currently, I can copy the Workout, but it keeps the original relationships to the sections and exercises.
A deep copy would copy not only the Workout, but the Sections and Exercises as well.

It’s currently possible to do this with countdown timers in lists. It’s not an ideal solution, as it sometimes doesn’t work, is slow, and may be causing a duplication bug under certain conditions.
