I don’t undestand why the design of my tab bar change when I push on the button “Ajouter”. Normally, the only changement is the “1” who appear. I want that the design 2 stay always like that.

Adalo tries to adjust the elements on the screen automatically using dynamic layout (as there are many screens with different dimensions and sizes).
So when a new element appears (in your case it is “1”), the screen layout is re-adjusted and you see the result like this.
In order to keep the layout, you could use transparent/white rectangles to create some of a “grid”: put the rectangle under “Ajouter” button and to the place where you expect to have quantity. See quick example below.
