Where is your CNAME record for adalo?
I already deleted the redirect, after I set it up again according to your picture
such a cname entry is obtained by redirection
now I deleted everything and made a publication again, it does not work
You still need to have the CNAME record with www as the host and hosting.adalo.com as the value. Try putting that record back in, cuz that one is very important
Bro I already did that. and did everything again deleted everything, removed the publication, just repeated everything, dns is configured but shows a security error, I think this is from Adaloās side and the certificate problem
Ok, so if youāre getting the certificate error, thatās a good thing.
Now, click on the Settings tab from the top-right corner of the Adalo editor, click on Domains, and then click on the Reset SSL certificate button.
Then wait about 15 minutes. (Sometimes less than 15 minutes, but thatās on the safe side)
itās not good, Iāve already done this many times, it doesnāt help
You shouldnāt do it many times, you should only do it 1 time and then wait.
As far as I know, the last screenshot of the DNS records did not contain the CNAME record required to point to Adalo. You said you put the DNS record back in. Now you must reactivate the SSL certificate but only do it 1 time.
Each time you hit that button, it pretty much sends a shockwave through the system. It forces a new SSL certificate to be generated then has to configure itself, activate on both Adalo and the certificateās servers, and then it will work. But you canāt hit that button a bunch of times cuz youāll just mess up the process.
It doesnāt work instantly, it takes several minutes to activate an SSL certificate (up to several hours).
Perhaps this is so, access has just been restored. but when redirecting the site for domain.com / dns forcefully replaces cname value adalo.hosting with google value, is this normal ? maybe this was a mistake?
Iām not sure, perhaps with Google domains, you have to do things in a certain order. Like first, set up the redirect, then set up the CNAME records.
So just to clarify, itās working now for you?
now works with a subdomain, but I have not redirected it to google yet, I will try
thank you for everything

you know, I redirected it again, and again this error, Google replaces the cname entry with its own
Iāll message you.
