Don't have option to create app-specific password in Apple Developer Account

I’m trying to use the client’s apple developer account to upload the app I am building for them in Adalo. The Adalo documentation shows a screen shot that is different than the one I see. It says my screen should look like this:

But instead my screen looks like this:

I am missing the “App-Specific Passwords” button

Any ideas what I need to do from here?
