Email and password already populate sign up fields

The APP project that I’m working is displaying my email address and (hidden) password in the email and password fields of the SIGN UP screen, before I enter any information. My email and password information are the only one showing up in the database.

How can I ensure that these fields are blank for new users attempting to signup?

this is browser related, nothing to worry about. The browser does that kind of helping you input the email
