Is it possible for users to email or call from the app by clicking on contact information in a list? If so, can these sent messages be stored in the user’s profile?
Email should be possible with custom actions via SendGrid fo example. When you send the data via custom actions to sendgrid, you can also make a copy of the same data in your collections (ex: email collection) and show that to user as a list.
Does this allow users to message each other?
