I have a custom action that sends info to sendgrid to send a welcome email. This is the custom action JSON:
The test action works great, but when we pass data:
Nothing is sent to Sendgrid.
Any obvious errors?

After which action you have added this custom action? You are testing this on the preview currently right? Does this happened before? Does the email input have line breaks?

It has it’s own button to trigger it.

And you don’t receive the email? Does this still happens?
Did you tried deleting the custom action and adding it again? Or deleting the custom action and creating it again and adding it?
If it still happening is it possible to share a video of the custom action setup and the preview?
