Is it possible to embed an Airtable table into an Adalo page, just like on this page?

You can probably do it via an embedded web view, but I wouldn’t recommend that.
My recommendation is to make a custom list and actually design it properly for mobile. If you embed this as a web view, the UX will be horrible.

Use the ‘share view’ button in this screenshot.
Place a Webview into your Adalo app, and use the share URL it gives you.
