It looks like it has to do with your Apple Developer Account.
Are you paying for the dev account? or did you stop paying for a couple of months?

You are absolutely right and I updated my account.
But then, next error message has appeared… 
I’m sorry for not having knowledge about App build, but please give me what to do next…
