Every time Welcome screen opens when users enter application

I’d like to ask about signing in and entering an application problem. Users enter the welcome screen after clicking on our application who are already signed up. It happens every time when users log out of the app and when they open the application again.

  1. Login page should open when users enter the app If users signed up.
  2. Welcome screen should open when users enter the app If users have not signed up.

App Workflow:
Welcome screen - Sign up - Log in.
