Filtered counts not working with external collections!

Hi

Has anyone had issues with filtered counts not working with external collections?

The ‘all count’ works and shows 96 but when I apply a filter it shows zero when it should be 14.

It doesn’t matter whether the filter is based on magictext or a hardcoded text filter (with or without quotes around the filter term), it still returns zero.

Any ideas?

Hi,
The filter does not work since you are using Airtable, so you are not applying in this case the “FilterByFormula” condition, this is an Adalo/Airtable limitation.

is there a way I can use filterbyformula to arrive at the correct count? Not sure how to go about doing this - is it even possible?

I don’t think it’s possible either. I’ve tried doing it with my AIrtable collections, but coudn’t find a way yet.
