I am trying to filter a relationship field (a user record) in a collection where user assigned to the job is not the same as the logged in user. When I filter from the custom list, I can see the relationship column (in grey though, not bold) but when I select it and then choose not equal to current user, I get no return on the list and it seems to default back to the current job user and not the assigned user. Can you help
