Form button not working

When previewing my app on my phone, after inputting details in the sign up form it wont let me press submit. I click lots nothing happens, click around the button and nothing happens then eventually it works.

Any solutions?

Hi, can you provide more infomations? A screenshot of the form and the action attached to the submit button would be ideal

Hi this is the form. Once submitted it should sign the user up and take them to the next page.
