Is there any reason why a form to Create New (record in a collection) wouldn’t be visible in the previewer or live on a custom domain?

I have a multi-screen form with multiple Create New actions, but they are all passing data correctly onto the final screen. In the final screen, there is one last field (in a form component) which weirdly isn’t showing up anymore although it was working a few days ago. All the available data is there.
