Forms - submit back not working

Hi All,

We have an action button on our home screen that links to a new page that has a form. We have linked the submit button (from the form page) back to the home screen but the home screen does not display our form entry when we test it out in preview mode.

Can someone please offer a solution?

You mean in your form you have a create action that creates the record and have a link back action that goes to the home screen but that created one doesn’t display on the home screen?

If you could share a recording of the setup,database and the preview will be good to understand the issue. ( you can use Loom )

Hey @Chris2,

Did you put a List on the Home screen itself?
If yes, did you try to enabling autorefresh (Left pane → Select this list → Advanced Options → Auto-Refresh list)?

Thanks for your help. Once a form is added it doesn’t show up anywhere. We want it to appear on the home screen.

FYI our screenshots say list but that’s just what we have named them we are using the form function not lists.

When we add the form it doesn’t populate the home screen like we want it to.
