I need help on how to use Form with dropdown fields such that the options in each dropdown are primary key of records in another database table / collection.
Also how to do report view on mobile app.
To confirm are you trying to do many to many relationships.
For example in the Adalo form are you wanting to click the dropdown menu for colors and be able to select multiple colors?

Yes, like the drop down for “Created By” and “Categories”.
Will be glad to have it as “Lookup”. The lookup items or records are to be from a related collection. Just to select one record/item in the lookup field.
