Having the worst luck with the map

Greetings,
I am having the worst time trying to figure out not only how to get my map to load properly but to show the users current location. I have tried over and over again thinking I am missing something but I am having the worst luck ever and its a huge obstacle trying to make it work.

Is this because the API Key is restricted to calling just 1 API? But you have 5 APIs enabled.
