Help publishing web app

Hi,

I am trying to publish my web app with a custom domain (domain with 1grid), I follow the instructions and added a dns record for the app, however, when running the test, it continues indefinitely without linking or whatever it is called lol, but is there a more detailed documentation with how to set up the dns records for adalo, I feel like I’m missing something. Anyone with any idea what I’m possibly doing wrong?

Who is your register? GoDaddy is particularly confusing. You can often find help online for specific registers.

We are using 1grid, and they have terrible documentation, unfortunately I was not the one who set it up initially
