Hi,

Yesterday I paid the 50 dolars / month, but decided to cancel future payments (I was aiming to try the pro plan for one month).

After cancelling, I realised that I was back to the free plan inmediatelly, instead of remaining on the pro plan for one month (which is what I paid for)

How should I proceed to get the rest of my 29 days of pro plan?

Yes, when downgrading it does take affect immediately. If you can DM me we can get you set back up for the remainder of your days.
