I’m writing here because it is my last chance, I need to get the attention from the adalo community leader or an another member please.
I encountered a problem on your platform — or rather, I caused a problem myself, and I’m truly sorry about it. As part of my final school project, I used your platform to create my first app! For that, I subscribed to the Pro plan at $177 for one month. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel my subscription, which was automatically renewed as soon as I had enough money back in my account. I only just noticed that the payment went through today.
I’m a 17-year-old student, and I already have several debts to repay. I truly cannot afford such a large expense at the moment. I haven’t used the platform since the renewal — it was really an unintentional mistake. On top of that, I’m also a scout leader, and the money that was withdrawn was supposed to be used to pay for train tickets for a group activity at the seaside.
I’m kindly asking if it would be possible to receive a refund, even a partial one. It would truly help me a lot, and I would be extremely grateful. Please forgive me for my mistake but I can’t deal with this lack of money in this moment.
I won’t use this abonnement because my work was done a month ago. So can you do something about it ?
