Honest Criticisms of Adalo

Just wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts are on Adalo as it is.

I know the platform has come a long way and the team is working to address pressing issues.

A major criticism of mine ,for example, is that most of the app’s functionality is packed into lists. There’s many things that you may want to do and the major workaround is to create a list and try to make it behave like something else as best as you can.

There’s also some very basic functionality that can be implemented that seems to get overlooked, like bulk creation of records based on a quantity input for example.

Overall it’s a pretty good platform and way more intuitive that anything else I’ve tried. And the only one imo that truly lives up to the promise of “no-code”. But there’s still a long way to go and I hope to see Adalo live up to the massive potential it has.
