How many times have a little kindness and compassion gone a long way in your life?
It costs you nothing to have either. And it doesn’t cost you anything to share with others.
Yes, there are some people who are stingy or greedy with kindness and compassion.
Those people think it’s like pie 
If I give you a slice of kindness, that means there’s one less slice for me. 
But in reality, they’re like flames. 
A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle. It doesn’t make the flame burn any less bright. And it doesn’t mean that suddenly, that candle can’t ignite anymore.
So if you have some kindness to share or compassion to spare, give it freely to others.
And when you receive it, be thankful. Use it to light the way for yourself and the people around you.
