How to add an image and save it to the user - then be able to send to users in chat app

Hello again everyone!

I am creating a celebrity fan mail app where fans can message celebrities with fan mail and have a full conversation.

The app is ready however I would now like to add the option for celebrities to upload their digital autograph to the app and in chat have the option to send to fans in a conversation. (This is just like sending an image in chat however the autograph is saved in a database and the celebrity can press 1 button and send the autograph to the fan in the current conversation.

Does anyone have some advice on how to do this?

Add a chat line where you set the image to Logged In User->Autograph (which is the image)?
