How to automate deleting outdated bookings and events?

Hi guys! I am new to Adalo. Making the booking app. Can anyone advise how to automate deletion of outdated bookings and time slots from a collection?

For me, I made a custom list that displays all bookings which are outdated/completed/etc, and use countdown timer to delete them all.

I do this deletion on daily basis by clicking on a button in the admin dashboard I made. Takes <1 min and does not require any automation/integration with web hooks and make.com etc
