How to CC myself in an email through special link button with "mailto"

Hi! I’m wondering if I can CC myself in an email using the “mailto:” special link. How do I make it so when a user clicks the email button to another user, my address is also CC’ed in that email?

Right now, they can email another user using the button with a special link, but I’m just trying to CC myself in that email to another user.
