I don’t see a way to verify if a user is logged in and redirecting to login screen.

Add a 1-second countdown timer to the screen. Add a link action that links to the home screen on the countdown timer finished actions. Last, set the visibility of the countdown timer to Sometimes Visible > Logged-in user > email > is not equal to > empty.
