I have a major issue since friday, I am a pro plan customer and haven’t received a single reply from support in three days. My whole account is down. All my apps are unreachable; my editor page doesn’t stop loading and even though I have submited lots of support tickets, I haven’t received a single reply.
I have clients calling me to understand why their apps are down and projects to finish, but I am completely in the dark here, receiving zero answers.
I don’t know what to do.
