And so . My app is missing from my personal account. Support responded once in 5 days and I’m still waiting for a response from them. The problem is not solved. I made the first payment and now I don’t understand why. How do I know the status of my request? How can the platform exist without customer service? This is a business platform and how can you do business in an environment like this?
