I'm losing customers due to the SSL being down

Hi Adalo team and community,

I’m really worried and a little frustrated about the *.adalo.com SSL certificate issue. It expired yesterday, March 1, 2025, at 3:59:59 PM PST, and my app at dormdrop.adalo.com/dormdrop has been showing the net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error since then. It also says that I may be trying to steal or pirate their data. This error should never be seen by a new customer and would absolutely turn me away from their site. Your update on March 1 said you’re investigating, but it’s now March 2 and it’s been over 24 hours with no resolution.

I’ve got flyers out there with QR codes linking to my subdomain, and I’m concerned I might be losing customers because they’re hitting a browser warning instead of my app. I figured this would’ve been fixed by now since SSL renewals usually don’t take this long, even manually. Could we get an update on what’s happening and an ETA for a fix? I’d really appreciate any help here—it’s starting to affect my business. I recently started paying for Adalo, and its now been multiple days of being unable to even use my application.

I have received communication from our team that a release was made to the platform that should address this issue and resolve it for you.

Please push a new build and if you still experience the same issue again, please let me know asap so I may escalate that to the team immediately.
