Image picker still has the old photo

Hello,

My app has image picker function.
When user try to upload image, the image picker still has the old photo.
-This happens after the second time in upload screen.
-User can not erase old photo.

How to avoid this?

I am unable to reproduce this. Are you able to make a short video to demonstrate this happening?

You can watch the video from below.

The start screen of the video is user already has uploaded the image and be ready to post.
And, user try to post again, push the ‘leak’(mean post) and set the settings.
Finally, user try to upload image screen, old(already posted) image exists.
I want to know how to make it clear.
