Image Upload Not Working for One User

Hi everyone,

We are facing an issue where a specific user cannot upload images in our Adalo app. Here are the details:

1. The image upload is done via an image field in the form.
2. Only one user is experiencing this issue, and the user is using an iPhone 13.
3. We’ve tested PNG, JPG, and HEIC formats, but none of them work.
4. The user mentioned that cropping the image before uploading sometimes works, but in some cases, it still fails.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? Any suggestions on what might be causing this and how to fix it? I have attached the error message too.
