My web app is for all platforms, afterall its a website, but when opened from the phones browser (only after publishing to custom domain) it gives me this “Install this app on your Home Screen to easily access it on the go” popup. How do i turn it off? It makes it look so scammy… Keep in mind it doesnt do this with preview link BEFORE i publish, but once i publish even the preview on the adalo domain does this.

This is done by the device when it detects that it is a PWA, you cannot control it from Adalo (at the moment)…
