IOS app does not open

I submitted my App to TestFlight and the submission was successful. The issue is that the App now does not open. When I click to open the App it closes and a message appears your App has failed. I sent it back to TestFlight and it happened again. It wasn’t like that, I just changed a text and a button and now the App doesn’t open. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I have the very same error/bug… I thought its my app but it seems a adalo problem.

Yes, it’s with Adalo. I didn’t do anything in my App, now it doesn’t open anymore. This on IOS.

@ben1 Can you help us regarding this, I can’t send my App to Apple? It now does not open. Is there an error right now regarding submitting apps to TestFligh?

I have the same thing since yesterday, same build is working in Android. I thought I did something wrong and was just about to get myself ready to troubleshoot, glad I saw this thread! I’ll submit a support ticket too (I assume you guys did as well).

Edit: Maybe it only affects people with usernames that start with the letter “p”?

I’m also having my builds not open.
I get sent this in an email after the app has been compiled:
Dear Developer,

We identified one or more issues with a recent delivery for your app, “GenLife Movement” 1.9.3 (247). Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery:

ITMS-90725: SDK Version Issue - This app was built with the iOS 14.0 SDK. Starting April 25, 2022, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 15 SDK or later, included in Xcode 13 or later.

After you’ve corrected the issues, you can upload a new binary to App Store Connect.

Best regards,

The App Store Team

I’ve raised a support ticket, I’d suggest you do the same…

That error has been there for a while, multiple posts about it, and hasn’t affected functionality

Mark I believe same issue? :face_with_monocle:

I just received this rejection from Apple App Store a short while ago, maybe related?

I’ve only launched the most recent build of my app to TestFlight, I presume your message was getting a new build into production…?

You logged a call?

Yeah this was straight into production, it was a quick emergency fix today. I’ve got the crash logs from the Apple Review so submitting a support ticket now.

Have just heard back from support to say that a fix has been released and the issue should now be resolved. It’s late here now so will try another build in the morning but fingers crossed it’s all sorted.

My latest build working in Testflight, just waiting for Production App review to confirm fully for my original issue.

I’ve just heard back from support as well…compiling a TestFlight build now…fingers crossed

Confirming my App Store submission was successful and so my issue is fully solved.

Thanks to @scottmmassey who I think was the one to take quick action on this!
