Yes, it’s with Adalo. I didn’t do anything in my App, now it doesn’t open anymore. This on IOS.
@ben1 Can you help us regarding this, I can’t send my App to Apple? It now does not open. Is there an error right now regarding submitting apps to TestFligh?
I have the same thing since yesterday, same build is working in Android. I thought I did something wrong and was just about to get myself ready to troubleshoot, glad I saw this thread! I’ll submit a support ticket too (I assume you guys did as well).
Edit: Maybe it only affects people with usernames that start with the letter “p”?
I’m also having my builds not open.
I get sent this in an email after the app has been compiled:

I’ve raised a support ticket, I’d suggest you do the same…
That error has been there for a while, multiple posts about it, and hasn’t affected functionality
Mark I believe same issue?
Yeah, looks like it.
I guess something’s been tweaked on the backend…
Log a support call…the squeakiest wheel gets the most oil…
I’ve only launched the most recent build of my app to TestFlight, I presume your message was getting a new build into production…?
You logged a call?
Yeah this was straight into production, it was a quick emergency fix today. I’ve got the crash logs from the Apple Review so submitting a support ticket now.
If someone solves or gets a response from support, share it here. If someone solves or gets a response from support, share it here.
Have just heard back from support to say that a fix has been released and the issue should now be resolved. It’s late here now so will try another build in the morning but fingers crossed it’s all sorted.
My latest build working in Testflight, just waiting for Production App review to confirm fully for my original issue.
I’ve just heard back from support as well…compiling a TestFlight build now…fingers crossed
Confirming my App Store submission was successful and so my issue is fully solved.
Thanks to @scottmmassey who I think was the one to take quick action on this!
I tried to send and twice gave error log. The most amazing thing is that I didn’t do anything in the App, I changed some colors and now it doesn’t want to send it to TestFligth I tried to send and twice gave error log. It is very important for Adalo to have clear communication of what might be happening. Mistakes that several uairios are having, and it’s mega important to have a north. Is this the same issue? We had an issue with app crashing. But I think you mean your ios builds are failing?
If ios builds fail, I always try to build at least 2 more times, it does happen sometimes. And submit a ticket if it continues and the Adalo staff can look at the error logs.
