Is it possible to change the default position for the slider component? (not the image slider component)

Hi,
I’m using the slider component (not the image slider, the other one) does anyone know if it’s possible to change the default position of the ‘marker’?

When the component loads on a new page it defaults the the ‘0’ position (on the left hand side).

Have an action on the link to this screen set the related field the slider is updating to the value you want it to default to.
