For some reason when I have an action to push a notification it looks all weird. They do get to the intended recipient but I’m wondering. So basically a CSR starts a chat for a person that requested a service so the flow goes like: Current Service —> User (where this is the user who requested the service). But it looks like this:
Any input would be greatly appreciate it.

Are you talking about the “[Untitled]” stuff? If you remove it and re add it it should work.
I did and it showed fine until I selected where it links to when user clicks which is a screen in the mobile app and then that changes to the screenshot I sent. Thank you for replying @James_App_Maker
Try deleting the button then re add the button and all the actions
