Is it a scam? I have upgraded my plan last month but I still cannot access to my API nor other paid service. I have submit tickets but no one replied. Does anyone come across the same problem?

I’m sorry for the confusion with this feature. Your account is on the Professional Plan which does not include the Adalo API. You will need to be on the Team or Business Plan to use this feature.
You can move from one plan to another at any point; the system will prorate your new subscription based on what you’ve paid, and it should bill you the balance.
Please feel free to upgrade, and if there’s an error or the amounts don’t add up, please do write in a ticket, and we would be happy to look at the same.
