We are still not receiving any of your emails, and we don’t know if you are responding to our support requests.
After thoroughly analyzing the reasons why we are not receiving any emails from Adalo, we’ve been reviewing the issue with our hosting provider regarding emails from adalo.com, and here’s what we found:
The sender is not adalo.com but rather mtg.adalo.com, and that subdomain does not resolve.

We informed our hosting provider that the subdomain is associated with a mail service, but they told us it does not have an A record for email purposes. As a result, our server rejects it, and they cannot set up any filter to accept it, as a basic requirement is not being met.
