Large text block insanely slow

I have a text field with a few short sentences. Each time a type a character it takes one second to load into the admin panel. Any idea why this is happening? I am about to change the text field to a database field so I can remain productive and pull the data from another source.

The field in question is where I list app changes.

Its into adalo performance, it can’t handle a lot of actions/ a lot of BIG texts so we have to waituntil they fix that!
