Link to chat with user not working

Hi guys, I am trying to make a click icon on user’s profile that would create a conversation and link to chat with the current user. I followed the tutorial in YouTube video about chat on Adalo but I cannot make it work. When I click the button, it creates and updates the conversation but does not link to the chat screen. Do you have any ideas on what the issue could be? I am attaching a photo of the action. The actions are same as in the video. Thank you.
