Linking a simple list

Hi Everyone, I’ve looked around but I can’t really find any answer. I’m trying to link individual items in a simple list to other pages in the app. I can figure out how to link them as a group but not each individual item in the list.

Hello, basically when you click on the list and add a (Link action) it’ll work for all the items in the list. Please if you can explain more your idea.
