Got stuck in one of the last stages of your course. In your video (an logically) we have Current order’s Driver (Accepted) property as we’ve set in the database at the very start. But I just don’t have that.
Although I’ve set everything according to video and have Driver (accepted) and Drivers (rejected) properties in Orders. Can you please explain how I can fix that?
The same thing. Moreover, you see, the titles are not as they should be: I did enter Driver (Accepted) in my database (see previous message) but I get instead Users (Accepted as drivers). What did I do wrong in database?
Hmmmm I think you may have done the database relationship upside down. Try doing a M2M 12M and M21 and see if the correct menu opens. Sorry for the trial and error, it’s what I would do for myself if I was in your shoes.
Reset the database link for orders accepted as driver and created an M21 relation - that worked! Thank you! Guess I just wasn’t meticulous enough setting this item.

Haha, I wouldn’t be so hard on yourself. When I was following the ‘chat follow along’ and learn I had two different tutorials open side by side following the same steps because I’d miss one thing in one video and then catch it in the next. Adalo has been a great learning tool for me for improving my focus.
Hi there. I managed to overcome all issues and seems to have faced the last one. Do I get right that in order to test the app I have to login from two separate logins in two windows? When I do so I get the driver accept/don’t accept screen in both accounts’ windows. Although the timer which links to this screen and notification timer seem to be set properly.
Congrats on somehow following along with my course! Sorry I couldn’t make it any easier, I learned a lot while I was making it and for sure both you and I are unfortunately having to learn by doing.
Yes, you need to test in two different environments. Two private browsers is one way, or a browser and a phone, or two phones. I’d recommend two phones for testing since that’s more accurate to how the app will be used
If the screen is coming up to the customer treating them like a driver I would check:
Filter: Current order / user / email adress : is note equal to : logged in user / email adress
Many thanks for your advise! Worked after I checked adjusted timer/list filters as you recommended on the screenshot.
Sometimes it just looks like previously input correct filters/triggers and so on magically disappear)
To summarize this course is ABSOLUTELY recommended to everyone starting in Adalo, especially for those, who want to have a two-sided app in one and need geolocation features.
@Barretnash, you’ve done a tremendous work with all these logic, documents, video & step-by-step guidance. I’m truly grateful and already started to build my own app based on knowledge and advise from you. You’re the best!

Filter: requesting user does not equal current logged in user

Let me know when you complete the course and perhaps you can debrief on your experience :D?
