Magic Text not displaying database record

Hi,

I’ve come across an issue with the magic text not displaying the information stored in my database (nothing is shown for the relevant data in the preview). The information I want to display is 4 levels deep (if that makes sense) so I’m wondering if this could be the issue?

The data is definitely available in the database (it’s actually displaying on a previous screen which doens’t include the order item). I’ve even gone through the database and filled in any records which did not have this piece of information included by adding a ‘not relevant’ to them.

Order items have a relationship with Product SKUs (order item has one, product SKU can have more)
Product SKUs have a relationship with EQ Age Category (Product SKU has one, EQ Age Cat. can have many)

Has anyone seen this before?
