Make vertical scroll possible with horizontal lists in PWA and preview modes

The vertical scroll doesn’t work in PWA and preview modes when there are horizontal lists.
As far I’m concerned, it’s an important bug to sort out as the PWA and preview modes are simply not usable.

Here is a post added in 2020 about this problem.

My app has a lot of horizontal lists on the home screen. The problem is: The area of the component only acts as a horizontal scroll. If I drag down or up by touching the component area (which in my case is like 80% of the screen) it just ignores. I know this is not normal behavior for a horizontal scroll. So, is this a bug or it was meant to be like this?

Completely agree on this, horizontal scroll are not usable as they are now
