Is it possible to allow swipe up or down when attempting it on a horizontal card list?
Its frustrating that when i preview the app and try to swipe down. It does not respond when doing so within the area of a horizontal card list. As it expects a horizontal swipe.

This problem exists in PWAs (web-apps). In the native apps there should be no such issue.
I don’t think that putting a horizontal list inside a vertical list will solve this issue in PWAs.

So does it mean that when published the problem should disappear?

In native apps (both published to the stores and/or in Apple’s and Google’s test environments), such problem should not exist.
